Since 1978 Sumeer Custom Homes has been building many styles of quality homes in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. With very little fanfare, a lot of hard work, and a policy of the utmost integrity in all facets of the company, we have stayed successful for over 44 years! We are a small and unpretentious Home Building Company, but our homes stand out beyond the usual offerings. Our goal is to build the best homes in the marketplace, instilling pride of ownership in each one.
